aiLegal Welcomes the Honorable Noelle Sharp (Ret.) as Managing Attorney!

ree

We are honored to announce that the Honorable Noelle Sharp (Ret.) has joined aiLegal Law as Managing Attorney, leading the firm’s immigration practice across family immigration, humanitarian relief, business immigration, consular processing, removal defense, and immigration federal litigation.

Judge Sharp brings a remarkable blend of public service leadership, litigation excellence, and deep compassion for immigrant communities.

Growing up in Asia, she developed a lifelong appreciation for diverse cultures and the challenges faced by those seeking opportunities abroad. Early in her career, she directed refugee resettlement and farmworker programs before founding the Immigration Law Office of Noelle Sharp, where she represented clients before the Ninth and Fifth Circuits for over a decade.

Her distinguished public service includes serving as Chief Immigration Judge at the Houston Immigration Court within the U.S. Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). In that role, she developed national policies, supervised judges and court staff, and received the Director’s Award for her outstanding work on the EOIR Pro Bono Steering Committee.

Now returning to private practice, Judge Sharp (Ret.) brings her unique perspective to aiLegal Law—mentoring attorneys and representing clients nationwide with excellence, integrity, and innovation.

Fluent in English and Spanish, she is admitted to practice in Washington, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the EOIR. She earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and dual B.A. degrees in La Raza Studies and Marketing from San Francisco State University, where she was on the Dean’s List and interned with the Cesar Chavez Institute for Public Policy.

aiLegal is an Immigration law firm powered by AI. We are thrilled to welcome Judge Sharp (Ret.) to the aiLegal Law family as we continue our mission to provide compassionate, high-quality, and tech-enabled immigration representation nationwide.
