Experience

  • Growing up in Asia, Noelle Sharp developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and the challenges faced by those seeking opportunities abroad. A lifelong advocate for immigrant communities, she began her career directing refugee resettlement and farmworker programs before founding the Immigration Law Office of Noelle Sharp, where she represented clients before the Ninth and Fifth Circuits for over a decade. Her commitment to public service led her to serve as Chief Immigration Justice for the Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), where she developed national policies and implemented services that addressed systemic barriers to legal access, supervised judges and court staff, and received the Director’s Award for her work on the EOIR Pro Bono Steering Committee. She now applies that unique perspective to private practice, mentoring attorneys and representing clients in immigration matters nationwide.
