Krunal joins the firm as a Trial Attorney in our San Francisco office. Before joining aiLegal, he served for over five years as an Assistant Chief Counsel with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (ICE OPLA), where he handled complex immigration litigation, including detained and non-detained dockets, and advised on reinstatements, administrative removals, and crimmigration matters.

Fluent in Spanish, Gujarati, and Hindi, Krunal brings invaluable insight into the inner workings of the immigration system and a deep commitment to advocacy. His experience and passion for justice make him a vital addition to our litigation and removal defense team.
