Antonio brings more than a decade of experience in U.S. business immigration law, representing multinational companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals across a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. His practice focuses on developing strategic case plans, managing complex filing, and resolving challenging adjudication issues.

Through his career, Antonio has prepared and reviewed a high volume of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and E-2 petitions, PERM labor certifications, and adjustment of status applications. He also has substantial experience responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs), helping clients navigate difficult immigration hurdles with clarity and confidence.

Antonio's background includes work at nationally recognized immigration practices where he handled high-volume case portfolios under strict government deadlines and advised corporate clients on regulatory compliance and long-term immigration planning.
