Teresa Rosario-Moro serves as an Immigration Paralegal at aiLegal, where she supports the firm's attorneys and clients in a broad range of immigration matters, with particular experience in removal defense, humanitarian relief, and family-based immigration.

Teresa brings extensive hands-on experience working with both U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Her immigration experience includes defensive asylum, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturlizatin, VAWA petitions, U visa petitions, bond motion, and other removal defense matters. 


Teresa is fluent in both English and Spanish and is committed to helping clients navigate the immigration process with professonalism, compassion, and attention to detail. 

Experience


Before joining aiLegal, Teresa worked as a Senior Immigration Paralegal and Senior Litigation Paralegal in Florida. In these roles, she managed high-volume immigration caseloads, prepared complex applications and court filings, assisted attorneys with detained and non-detained removal proceedings, monitored court hearigns and filing deadlines, and communicated with Immigration Courts, DHS counsel, and other government agencies. 


Teresa also has experience in family and criminal law and previously served as a Court Specialist IV with the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller's Office in West Palm Beach, Florida. Her combined immigration, litigation, and court-system experience provides her with a practical understanding of case management, legal procedures, and importance of accuracy and timely filing.
