A first-generation immigrant from rural China, Lucy’s journey began amid profound hardship. Through resilience and determination, she earned admission to Tsinghua University, one of China’s most prestigious institutions, and later obtained her law degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law, where her passion for U.S. immigration law took root.

Over the past two decades, Lucy has built a thriving national immigration and legal tech practice with offices in Atlanta, New York, and San Francisco. Her life and career embody the American dream, and she remains deeply committed to empowering others to achieve theirs—through law, innovation, and relentless advocacy.
