Jasmine Pressley serves as the HR Manager at aiLegal, where she leads the firm's human resources function and works closely with the CEO and department leaders to build disciplined, scalable people operations. Her responsibilities span HR strategy, recruiting and workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, organizational development, day-to-day employee support.

Jasmine brings more than 10 years of progressive human resources experience across nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, biopharmaceutical, and corporate environments. Her background includes employee relations, talent acquisition, workplace investigations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, policy development, organizational development, and change management. 


Throughout her career, Jasmine has served as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day execution of HR operations. She has built and improved HR programs, developed employee handbooks and standard operating procedures, implemented HRIS and payroll systems, managed multi-state compliance, conducted workplace investigations, and led initiatives designed to strength employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. 


Experience


Before joining aiLegal, Jasmine held HR leadership positions in organizations of varying sizes and industries. 


Most recently, Jasmine served as People Operations Manager at Partners for Sacred Places, where she directed HR operations for a national nonprofit workforce across multiple states and served as the primary HR advisor to executive leadership. She managed employee relations, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, workplace investigations, performance management, benefits, compensation initiatives, payroll coordination, policy development, complliance, and employee engagement. She also led HR systems and process improvements, including implementation of ADP Run Time & Attendance and redesign of the organization's paid-time-off program. 


Jasmine also served as Senior HR Manager at InDrive, supporting U.S. operations and partnerning with executive leadership on organizational strategy and workforce planning. She helped build the company's U.S. HR function from the groud up, establishing policies, procedures, compliance programs, onboarding processes, and HR infrastructure. Her responsibilities included multi-state HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational development, workforce analytics, succession planning, and change management. 


Ealier in her career, Jamine held HR leadership positions with WuXi AppTec, GEODIS, and Merion Matters, where she gained extensive experience supporting employees and managers in fast-paced operational environments. Her responsibilities included high-volume recruiting, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective actions, manager coaching, leave administration, benefits, payroll, HR compliance, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
