We handle a wide spectrum of immigration cases including family immigration, humanitarian matters, business immigration, consular processing, removal defense, and federal litigation. We operate on a flat rate model with assigned credit hours per case type and enforce high accountability in meeting deadlines and productivity benchmarks. Each team member is expected to deliver at least 100 credit hours per month, and the Managing Attorney ensure that the team collective delivers 100 X team head accounts credit hours monthly. Our unique service model ensure speed, standardization, and client satisfaction by structing every case into a clear assembly-line pipeline.

Position Review
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented legal assistant to join aiLegal. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, take ownership of assigned cases, and consistently meet monthly productivity benchmarks.
The position requires deep familiarity with USCIS, DOL and/or EOIR procedures, strong case management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality legal work under tight timelines within our flat-rate, credit-hour model.
Key Responsibilities
Case Preparation & Management
Prepare, draft, and assemble immigration filing, including but not limited to
Fundamental Category:
I-130, I-485, I-751, I-129F
NIV Consular, IV Consular
F-1, B1/B2, N-400, I-765, I-131
I-918, I-914, I-360 VAWA, I-360 SIJ
RFE, NOID, NOIR, Motion, or Appeal with the USCISManage and update case pipelines using aiLegal’s proprietary AI platform and case management software
Monitor deadlines and ensure all filings are timely and compliant with court and USCIS requirements
Client Communication
Conduct structured client interviews, gather supporting evidence, and ensure accuracy of factual records.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Quality Control
Work collaboratively with attorneys, intake specialists, and other paralegals in a structured assembly-line pipeline.
Ensure case files meet aiLegal’s internal quality standards and procedural checklists before attorney review.
Productivity & Accountability
Meet or exceed 60 credit hours per month in completed deliverables.
Maintain daily time and productivity logs.
Support the Managing Attorney in achieving team-level output targets (100 x team headcount monthly credit hours).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience (family, humanitarian, business, or removal defense focus).
Proficiency in USCIS, EOIR, and federal immigration procedures.
Exceptional writing skills.
Strong organizational and accountability skills, proven record of meeting deadlines and productivity goals.
Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project/case management tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Job Performance Expectation
Monthly Output: Minimum 60 credit hours of completed work.
Quality: Zero-tolerance for any preventable errors - wrong personal data, missing pages/signatures, missing/wrong filing fee payments (issuance date, payee name, amount), form editions, filing addresses, missing form page, or wrong orders of forms, missing signatures or dates, missed filing/hearing deadlines, or failure to follow SOP.
Responsiveness: All internal communications acknowledged and responded within 2 hours and all external communication acknowledged and responded within 24 hours;
Collaboration: Active participation in structured case assembly-line processes and cross-team reviews.
Effective Follow-Up Compliance: Frequency, timeliness, and effectiveness of client follow ups.
