At aiLegal, Jenny is responsible for managing the full candidate pipeline for attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals. She focuses on resume screening, conducting initial interviews, building and implementing recruiting SOPs, and ensuring we hire individuals who embody our values of excellence, responsibility, and innovation.

Jenny has worked in government, public relations, large-scale event planning, etc. for Fortune 500 companies in Burson-Marsteller which was the top 3 global PR firms. After that she worked as Siemens Communications Marketing Dept. head in South China, Microsoft South China, and the first 5 hiring staffs in Blackberry China. She has abundant marketing and management experience. She planned and was responsible for large-scale national projects and product launch, including the southwest and Hong Kong and Macao markets. She was a senior marketer and expert with extremely insightful and in-depth knowhow on trend of entire IT and telecom industries.
