Administrator user has rights to set up a business' account and setting. It takes approximate 10 minutes to set up your business in aiLegal. Here are the step by step instructions.
Step 1: Login to aiLegal portal and click "Admin" to start business account and setting.
Step 2: Click "Company" in "Account and Setting" and complete company information and company signer's information. Remember to click "Save" button upon your completion.
Step 3: Add/Update your credit card payment information for the business.
Step 4: Select/Edit subscription plan for the business.
Step 5: Follow the article here to set up payment gateway to collect payments.
Step 6: Set up branding for your business.
Step 7: If the business is in service industry, you can set up the hourly rate of billable team members for the business.
Step 8: You can also invite and manager other users in your business. As an administrator user, you have rights to add users, edit users, delete users, suspend users, and search users.
